- chopped nuts
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- container Cool Whip - 1 (9
- large can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
- sticks margarine, softened - 3 item
- to 6 bananas - 4 item
- bottle maraschino cherries, chopped - 1 item
How to make banana split cake:
Mix 1 stick melted margarine and crumbs. Place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan (press crumbs firm). Beat with electric mixer the eggs, margarine and powdered sugar for 15 minutes. Spread mixture over crust. Place bananas, then drained pineapple on top of mixture. Cover with Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped nuts and arrange cherries on top. Refrigerate overnight.
