Ingredients/Components
- lemons - 6 item
- water - 1 c
- sugar - 2 c
- salt - 1/8 tsp
How to make lemonade syrup:
Juice lemons and cut rind of 2 of them into slices. Combine in a pan the water, sugar and salt. Add 2 lemons; sliced. Boil 3 to 5 minutes and cool. Add juice. Strain and store in covered jar in the refrigerator.To serve, use 2 tablespoons syrup to 1 glass ice water or full amount to 1 gallon ice water.
