- water - 1 c
- Crisco oil - 1/2 c
- milk or 2 Tbsp - 2 Tbsp
- Blend all ingredients in a large bowl
- lemon instant pudding 4 serving size - 1 pkg
- Duncan Hines Deluxe II lemon cake mix - 1 pkg
How to make lemon supreme pound cake:
Preheat oven to 350°. Blend all ingredients in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Do not overmix. Bake in a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes, until center springs back when touched lightly. Cool, right side up, for about 25 minutes, then remove from pan. Be sure to use Crisco oil.Glaze:1 c. confectioners sugar2 Tbsp. milk or 2 Tbsp. lemon juice Blend sugar and milk or lemon juice. Drizzle over cake.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 60 mins.
