  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • flour - 4 Tbsp
  • confectioners sugar - 1/2 c
  • sticks margarine - 2 item
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • flour, unsifted - 2 c
  • fresh lemon juice - 10 Tbsp

How to make lemon squares:

Mix together flour, sugar and margarine (soften margarine in microwave). Press in greased 11 x 14-inch pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.

Beat eggs slightly; add sugar and lemon juice. Add in flour and baking powder. Pour into crust. Bake for 25 minutes at 350°. While warm, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
