Lemon pineapple salad
Ingredients/Components
- boiling water - 2 c
- whipped topping - 1/2 c
- crushed pineapple, drained
- large lemon jello - 1 item
- diet lemon-lime soda - 2 c
- 1/2 medium bananas, sliced thin - 1 item
How to make lemon pineapple salad:
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Set aside 1/4 cup jello mixture. Pour remaining jello in 9 x 9 x 2-inch dish. Stir in pineapple. Lay banana slices in rows. Chill until firm. Place the remaining jello and whipped topping in a narrow bowl. Beat on high speed 1 minute. Set aside in airtight container at room temperature.
