  • flour - 1/2 c
  • water
  • egg yolks - 3 item
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • grated lemon rind - 1 Tbsp
  • fresh lemon juice - 1/2 c

How to make lemon pie:

Mix sugar, flour and salt. Add egg yolks. Gradually stir in lemon juice, lemon rind and water. Cook until thick. Pour into cooked pie crust. Top with meringue.
