  • boiling milk - 2 qt
  • tapioca - 1 c
  • whole eggs - 4 item
  • sugar
  • cornstarch

How to make tapioca pudding:

Add tapioca to milk. Beat together the eggs, sugar and cornstarch; add to milk-tapioca mixture when about cooled. Add some hot milk. When cold, add whipped cream, bananas, nuts, pineapple or whatever you wish.
