Ingredients/Components
- boiling milk - 2 qt
- tapioca - 1 c
- whole eggs - 4 item
- sugar
- cornstarch
How to make tapioca pudding:
Add tapioca to milk. Beat together the eggs, sugar and cornstarch; add to milk-tapioca mixture when about cooled. Add some hot milk. When cold, add whipped cream, bananas, nuts, pineapple or whatever you wish.Recipe categories: Desserts, Low protein, Puddings and mousses.
