  • lemon jello - 1 pkg
  • Wesson oil - 3/4 c
  • lemons, juiced - 2 item
  • Duncan Hines yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
  • Let cool

How to make lemon jello cake:

Dissolve jello in a cup of hot water. Let cool. Add beaten eggs. Add cake mix, oil and lemon extract. Bake at 350°. While hot, pour icing over it.Icing:1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar2 lemons, juiced
