Lemon dessert
Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- milk - 3 c
- flour
- oleo, softened - 3/4 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- instant lemon pudding you may use other flavors - 2 pkg
How to make lemon dessert:
Mix oleo and flour; spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Pat in pan and bake at 350° for about 15 minutes. Cool completely.Mix powdered sugar and cream cheese; add 1 cup of Cool Whip. Spread over crust.
Mix the pudding with milk until a little thick; spread over the second layer. Put in refrigerator for a couple of hours. Put rest of Cool Whip on top. You may sprinkle with nuts.
