  • sugar - 1 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • flour - 1 c
  • oleo, melted - 1/2 c
  • carton Cool Whip - 1 oz
  • can lemon pie filling - 1 oz

How to make lemon delight:

Blend flour and butter. Pat into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes. Set aside to cool.

Cream softened cream cheese with half of the Cool Whip and all sugar. Spread mixture on cooled crust. Spread pie filling on cheese mixture. Top with other half of Cool Whip.
