Ingredients/Components

- milk - 3 c
- flour - 1 c
- nuts - 1/2 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- oleo - 1/2 c
- Work in the nuts
- Third Layer:2 2 3/4 oz
How to make lemon delight:
Work the flour and oleo together like pie crust. Work in the nuts. Press into an 11 1/2 x 7 1/2-inch pan. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes. Cool.Second Layer:1 c. Cool Whip1 c. powdered sugar1 (8 oz.) cream cheese Beat together and spread over cooled First Layer.Third Layer:2 (2 3/4 oz.) boxes instant lemon pudding3 c. milk Mix the pudding with the milk. Whip until thick and spread on Second Layer.Fourth Layer: Spread remaining Cool Whip on top. Chill and serve. Use 9 ounce Cool Whip.
Garnish with nuts or maraschino cherries, if desired.
