  • flour - 1 Tbsp
  • melted butter - 1/4 c
  • lemon juice - 1/4 c
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
  • corn meal - 1 Tbsp
  • grated rind of 2 lemons

How to make lemon chess pie:

Blend ingredients and pour into unbaked 9-inch pie crust. Bake at 400° for 35 to 40 minutes.
