Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, well beaten - 4 item
- juice of 1 lemon
- grated rind of 1 lemon
How to make lemon chess pie:
Mix all the ingredients and pour into an 8-inch unbaked pie shell. Bake 25 minutes or more at 350°. Then reduce heat to 325° for another 5 minutes or until custard is set.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
