Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- egg whites - 3 item
- stick butter - 1 item
- cans lemon pie filling - 2 item
- club crackers green box - 1 pkg
- La Creme whipped topping 1 large or 2 small
How to make lemon cake:
Crumble crackers and mix with melted butter. Press into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Whip the egg whites. Gradually pour in sugar, making a meringue. Pour on top of cracker mixture. Bake in 350° oven about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Meringue will fall. Cool. Put lemon pie filling, then whipped topping on baked meringue.
