Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 3 item
- flour
- butter - 3/4 c
- powdered sugar - 1/3 c
- juice of 1 lemon
How to make lemon brownies:
Cream together the butter, powdered sugar and flour and pat into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake in a 300° to 350° oven for 15 to 20 minutes until looks dry but not brown. Set aside. Beat eggs, sugar, flour and lemon juice. Pour over the baked crust and bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes. Sprinkle top with powdered sugar.Recipe categories: Cookie and brownie, Bar cookie, Brownies.
