Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 c
- sticks butter, melted - 2 item
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- frozen whipped topping, thawed and divided - 8 oz
- instant lemon pudding
- milk - 3 c
How to make lemon bars:
Mix flour and melted butter with a beater. Pour on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Let cool.Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar. Blend in 1 cup whipped topping; smooth this mixture over coated pastry. Beat instant pudding with milk until thick. Spread over cheese layer. Top with remaining topping. Refrigerate 3 hours before serving.
