Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- all-purpose flour
- margarine, softened - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- lemon rind, grated - 2 tsp
- egg substitute - 2/3 c
- confectioners sugar optional - 1 item
How to make lemon bars:
Blend 1 cup flour and 1/4 cup sugar. Cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press mixture on bottom of 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
