Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1/2 lb
- oregano - 1 tsp
- garlic clove, minced - 1 item
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 lb
- Ricotta cheese - 1 pkg
- Italian sausage - 1/2 lb
- jar spaghetti sauce - 1 oz
- lasagne noodles - 1 pkg
How to make lasagne:
Heat oven to 350°. Boil lasagne 10 minutes. Brown ground beef and Italian sausage. Drain. Add oregano and garlic. Heat 5 minutes. Add spaghetti sauce. Heat 15 minutes. In separate container, mix Ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley and eggs. Spray 13 x 9-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray. Layer 1/2 noodles, then 1/2 cheese mixture, 1/2 Mozzarella cheese and 1/2 sauce mix. Repeat. Bake 30 minutes.
