Ingredients/Components
- salt
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- parsley flakes - 1 Tbsp
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 1 lb
- basil - 1 Tbsp
- hamburger - 1 lb
- tomato paste - 12 oz
- can tomatoes - 1 lb
- sausage - 1 lb
- cottage cheese or Ricotta cheese - 3 c
- lasagne noodles, cooked - 10 oz
How to make lasagne:
Cook meat; drain. Add next 6 ingredients. Simmer, uncovered, for 45 minutes to 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Combine cottage cheese, eggs, seasonings and Parmesan cheese. In a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish, layer rinsed noodles, cottage cheese mixture, Mozzarella cheese and meat sauce. Repeat layers. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
