Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- salt
- Parmesan cheese - 4 oz
- ground beef - 1/2 lb
- oregano - 2 tsp
- basil - 1 tsp
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- Ricotta cheese
- lasagna noodles - 1 pkg
- Mozzarella cheese, grated - 1 lb
- fennel - 3/4 tsp
- ground sausage - 1/2 lb
- puree - 3 pt
- paste - 1 pt
How to make lasagna:
Saute the onion and garlic. Add the meat and brown. Drain, then add the salt, oregano, fennel, basil, sugar, puree and paste. Simmer on low 1 hour. Beat the eggs and combine with the Ricotta cheese. Cook the lasagna noodles as directed with a little oil. Drain, wash and cool to handling. Put in layers in pan the noodles, sauce, Mozzarella, dots of Ricotta and Parmesan.
