Ingredients/Components
- powdered sugar - 4 Tbsp
- sifted flour - 2 c
- sticks butter - 2 item
- pecans, ground fine - 1 c
How to make ladyfingers:
Melt butter. Mix in nuts, then flour and sugar. Let set for 10 minutes. Shape into small inch-size balls and roll in palm flat to crescent shape. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool 5 to 10 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar twice.Recipe categories: Desserts, Egg, Cookie and brownie.
