Ingredients/Components

• old fashioned oatmeal - 2 c
• flour - 1 Tbsp
• white sugar - 2 c
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• sticks melted butter - 2 item
• eggs, beaten - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp

How to make lace cookies:

Add oatmeal, flour, sugar and salt; stir. Pour hot butter over this and stir. Add beaten eggs. Cover pan with foil, do not grease. Drop onto sheet. Cook at 325° for 8 minutes. Watch closely. Move foil off of pan and let get cold, then remove co
