Pumpkin crisp
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- cream cheese
- eggs - 3 item
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 1/2 c
- Cool Whip - 3/4 c
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- large can evaporated milk - 1 item
- large can pumpkin - 1 item
- sticks melted and cooled margarine - 2 item
How to make pumpkin crisp:
Frosting:8 oz. cream cheese1/2 c. powdered sugar3/4 c. Cool Whip Line bottom and sides of 9 x 13-inch pan with wax paper. Mix pumpkin, milk, sugar, cinnamon and eggs together and pour into pan. Pour dry cake mix over mixture. Put nuts into mixture evenly. Spoon cooled melted butter evenly over cake mix and nuts. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes. Invert onto tray. Peel off wax paper.
