Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- oil - 1/3 c
- vinegar - 1/3 c
- medium onion, diced - 1 item
- celery, diced - 1 c
- green pepper, diced - 1 item
- large can sauerkraut, drained - 1 item
How to make sauerkraut salad:
Dressing:2/3 c. sugar1/3 c. vinegar1/3 c. oil Boil dressing ingredients until sugar is dissolved and let cool.Mix kraut, pepper, onion and celery with dressing. Put plate over to weight down. This is much better if made the day before.
