Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- water - 1/2 c
- cider vinegar - 1/2 c
- large onion - 1 item
- salt and white pepper - 1 item
- cucumbers - 3 item
- large tomatoes or 3 small tomatoes - 2 item
How to make fire and ice salad:
Peel and slice cucumbers; cut tomatoes into wedges. (If very large, cut wedges in half.) Chop or dice onion medium fine. Dissolve sugar in vinegar and water. Add salt and white pepper to taste.
