Ingredients/Components
- boiling water - 2 c
- lime juice - 1/4 c
- graham cracker crust - 1 pkg
- vanilla ice cream, softened - 1 pt
- grated lime rind - 2 tsp
- 4 serving size lime flavor gelatin - 2 pkg
How to make key lime pie:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add lime rind and juice. Spoon in ice cream, stirring until melted and smooth. If necessary, chill until mixture will mound. Spoon into crust.
