Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 Tbsp
- eggs, separated - 2 item
- egg - 1 item
- can sweetened condensed milk - 1 item
- Key lime juice - 1/4 c
- 9-inch graham cracker crust - 1 item
- grated peel from 1 Key lime
How to make key lime pie:
Blend condensed milk, lime juice and grated peel. Add egg yolks and extra egg. Blend well. Pour into crust. Beat egg whites until stiff (but not dry), gradually adding sugar and beating constantly. Swirl meringue over filling. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Chill and decorate before serving.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
