- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- oil - 1 c
- baking powder - 3 tsp
- orange juice - 1/2 c
- apples - 5 item
How to make jewish apple cake:
Mix 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon in cup. Peel and slice apples in bowl. Pour sugar and cinnamon over apples. In large bowl mix flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Blend in oil, orange juice, eggs and vanilla; mix well. Pour half the batter in greased and floured tube pan. Pour in apples. Pour in rest of batter.
