  • sugar
  • eggs, beaten - 3 item
  • 3 oz - 2 pkg
  • baking powder - 3 tsp
  • butter, melted - 1/2 c
  • mochiko not box type - 2 pkg
  • cans soda use same flavor as jello - 2 item

How to make jello mochi:

Combine dry ingredients. Add unchilled soda, eggs and butter. Mix well. Line pan with waxed paper and bake at 350° for 1 hour. Cool and cut. Yield: 1 (9 x 13-inch) pan.
