Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- 3 oz - 2 pkg
- baking powder - 3 tsp
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- mochiko not box type - 2 pkg
- cans soda use same flavor as jello - 2 item
How to make jello mochi:
Combine dry ingredients. Add unchilled soda, eggs and butter. Mix well. Line pan with waxed paper and bake at 350° for 1 hour. Cool and cut. Yield: 1 (9 x 13-inch) pan.Recipe categories: Desserts, Gelatin, Pasta, rice and grains.
