Italian-style meat loaf
Ingredients/Components
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- dash of garlic powder - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- dash of oregano - 1 item
- small bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- small jar meatless spaghetti sauce - 1 item
- small amount of Parmesan cheese optional - 1 item
- several slices bread, cut into small cubes - 1 item
How to make italian-style meat loaf:
Put all ingredients in large bowl. Mix very well, even kneading with hands if so needed. Place mixture in loaf pan. Bake at 350° for approximately 1 hour. Let cool for around 30 minutes before slicing. Delicious!Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
