Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- jar spaghetti sauce - 1 item
- pasta, cooked and drained - 1 pkg
- medium green pepper, coarsely chopped - 1 item
- bone-in chicken breast halves, skin removed - 4 item
How to make italian chicken:
Preheat oven to 350°. Shake flour in large oven bag. Place in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Add spaghetti sauce to bag. Squeeze bag to blend. Add chicken and green pepper; turn bag to coat chicken. Arrange chicken in an even layer. Close bag with tie. Cut six 1/2-inch slits in top. Bake about 35 to 40 minutes. Serve over hot pasta.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
