  • milk - 1/2 c
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • cream cheese, softened - 2 (8
  • Cracker Barrel sharp Cheddar, shredded - 1 (10
  • original Hidden Valley Ranch dressing - 1 pkg

How to make italian cheese ball:

Mix Ranch dressing with mayonnaise and milk. Chill 15 to 20 minutes to set. Blend cream cheese, dressing mixture and shredded Cheddar with electric mixer until thoroughly mixed. Form into 1 or 2 balls and chill briefly in freezer, approximately 10 minutes. Can be rolled in chopped nuts, paprika or light parsley or served plain.
