- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
- finely chopped pepperoni - 1/3 c
- finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes - 2 Tbsp
- Finely ground pecans for coating - 1 item
How to make italian cheese ball:
Combine cream cheese and Cheddar in bowl of food processor, fitted with steel blade. Process until blended. Add pepperoni and sun-dried tomatoes. Pulse until well mixed. Form into a ball and roll in ground pecans.Recipe categories: Snacks, Appetizers, Spreads.
