Ingredients/Components

  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
  • finely chopped pepperoni - 1/3 c
  • finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes - 2 Tbsp
  • Finely ground pecans for coating - 1 item

How to make italian cheese ball:

Combine cream cheese and Cheddar in bowl of food processor, fitted with steel blade. Process until blended. Add pepperoni and sun-dried tomatoes. Pulse until well mixed. Form into a ball and roll in ground pecans.
