Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1 c
- baking powder - 3/4 tsp
- plus 1 Tbsp - 1/3 c
- oil for frying - 1 item
How to make indian fry bread:
In small bowl, mix flour, baking powder and milk. Form dough into ball. On lightly floured board, knead until smooth, about 3 to 4 minutes. Cover and let rise 30 minutes. Make into 8 balls. Fry one at a time for 1 minute.Recipe categories: Breads, American, Native american.
