Ingredients/Components
- can mandarins, drained - 1 oz
- sprigs washed mint leaves - 3 item
- to 6 washed mandarin leaves - 4 item
How to make ice ring:
Arrange mandarin sections, washed mandarin leaves and washed mint leaves in the bottom of mold. Put in enough water to barely cover mandarin sections. Freeze. When thoroughly frozen add enough water to fill mold. Freeze. Unmold, place in punch bowl fruit side up.
