Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- small can cream-style corn - 1 item
- corn meal self-rising - 1 c
- or 4 hot peppers, chopped - 3 item
How to make hush puppies:
Mix together and let rise. When ready to cook, stir, then drop into hot grease until brown and float to the top of the oil. Drain on paper towels and serve. The dough needs to be thick.
