Hush puppies

Ingredients/Components

• salt - 1/2 tsp
• soda - 1/2 tsp
• buttermilk - 1 c
• eggs, beaten - 2 item
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• all-purpose flour - 1 c
• parsley, chopped - 1 c
• cayenne pepper - 1/2 tsp
• onion, chopped fine - 1 c
• corn meal - 2 c

How to make hush puppies:

Mix dry ingredients together. Add onion, parsley, eggs and buttermilk. Mix together. Let set for awhile. Drop by teaspoon in hot oil.
