  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • green onions - 3/4 c
  • boiled eggs - 3 item
  • celery - 3/4 c
  • Cheddar cheese - 4 oz
  • frozen spinach, thawed and drained - 10 oz

How to make spinach salad:

In 13 x 9-inch cake pan, mix spinach, celery, onions, cheese, mayonnaise and egg white. Refrigerate overnight. Before serving, top with egg yolks and crumble bacon.
