Hot potato salad
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- water - 3/4 c
- white vinegar - 1/4 c
- onion, cut fine - 1 item
- slices bacon, fried crisp and drained - 4 item
- can small whole potatoes - 1 item
How to make hot potato salad:
In remaining bacon grease, brown onion. Add flour and mix well. Add white vinegar and water. Cook until thickens. Pour over the potatoes which have been sliced thin in casserole. Sprinkle broken bacon over top and cook in a 400° oven for about 20 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.Recipe categories: Salads, Potato, Vegetables.
