How to make hot mushroom turnovers:

In a large bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat cream cheese, flour and butter until smooth; shape into ball. Wrap. Refrigerate 1 hour. In 10-inch skillet in 3 tablespoons butter, cook mushrooms and onion until tender, stirring occasionally
