Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- stick butter - 1 item
How to make hot milk sponge cake:
Heat butter and milk in microwave until butter is melted. Beat eggs until fluffy; add sugar. Add flour, salt and baking powder. Mix with egg mixture. Add hot milk mixture. Add vanilla. Grease 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Check at 30 minutes. Some ovens are different. Rub one stick of butter over hot cake.
