Ingredients/Components
- chocolate chips - 12 oz
- margarine - 1/2 lb
- light corn syrup
- can Eagle Brand condensed milk - 14 oz
How to make hot fudge topping:
Mix ingredients in top of double boiler. Heat and stir until melted and smooth, then cook for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Makes 2 1/2 pints.Butterscotch Topping: Use 2/3 cup corn syrup and 12 ounces butterscotch chips instead of chocolate chips.
