Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- butter or margarine - 1 Tbsp
How to make hot fudge sauce:
In a heavy saucepan, combine chocolate morsels and half and half. Cook over medium heat until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; stir in butter and vanilla. Serve warm. Good on ice cream or cheesecake.Recipe categories: Desserts, Sweet sauces, Sauces.
