Hot fudge cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 Tbsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1 c
• flour - 2 c
• stick margarine - 1 item
• water - 1 c
• cocoa - 4 Tbsp
• buttermilk - 1/2 c
• baking soda - 1/2 tsp
• box powdered sugar - 1 item
• stick oleo - 1 item
• Wesson oil - 1/2 c
• handful mini marshmallows - 1 item
• Bring oleo, oil, water and cocoa to boil and add to flour mixture

How to make hot fudge cake:

Sift together first 3 ingredients. Bring oleo, oil, water and cocoa to boil and add to flour mixture. Mix together buttermilk and baking soda. Add to flour mixture with eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into 9 x 13-inch cake pan, greased. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350°.Icing:3 or 4 Tbsp. cocoa1 stick margarine6 Tbsp. buttermilk1 c. chopped nuts1 tsp. vanilla1 box powdered sugar1 handful mini marshmallows Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil. Add nuts, vanilla, powdered sugar and marshmallows. Stir together. Pour over warm cake.
