  • salt - 1/2 c
  • water - 2 c
  • vinegar - 4 c
  • celery seed - 1 Tbsp
  • mustard seed - 1 Tbsp
  • turmeric
  • red peppers, ground - 6 item
  • green peppers, ground - 10 item
  • ground onions - 4 c
  • medium head cabbage, ground - 1 item
  • green tomatoes ground - 10 item

How to make hot dog relish:

Grind vegetables. Sprinkle with salt. Let stand overnight. Rinse and drain. Combine with other ingredients and pour over vegetable mixture. Seal in hot sterile jars.
