Hot chicken salad casserole
Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 2/3 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1/2 item
- finely chopped onion - 3 Tbsp
- diced celery - 1 c
- cooked rice
- chopped almonds - 1/2 c
- chopped hard-boiled eggs - 3 item
- small can mushrooms, drained - 1 item
- cooked and diced chicken breasts - 3 c
- finely diced green pepper - 1/4 c
- chopped canned pimentos - 1/4 c
How to make hot chicken salad casserole:
Cook rice according to directions. Combine all ingredients and put in a buttered casserole dish. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serve hot.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
