Ingredients/Components

  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 2/3 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1/2 item
  • finely chopped onion - 3 Tbsp
  • diced celery - 1 c
  • cooked rice
  • chopped almonds - 1/2 c
  • chopped hard-boiled eggs - 3 item
  • small can mushrooms, drained - 1 item
  • cooked and diced chicken breasts - 3 c
  • finely diced green pepper - 1/4 c
  • chopped canned pimentos - 1/4 c

How to make hot chicken salad casserole:

Cook rice according to directions. Combine all ingredients and put in a buttered casserole dish. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
