Hot chicken salad casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sliced almonds - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- cooked chicken - 2 c
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- grated onion - 1/4 c
- celery, chopped fine
- crushed potato chips - 1 c
- water chestnuts, chopped - 1 c
How to make hot chicken salad casserole:
Combine water chestnuts, onion, chicken, celery, lemon juice, mayonnaise and 1/2 c. grated cheese and place in 1 qt. casserole dish.Top with potato chips, almonds and 1 c. grated cheese.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
