Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 5 item
- cup chopped onion - 1/4 item
- cup chopped celery - 1/2 item
- teaspoon pepper - 1/2 item
- teaspoon salt - 1/2 item
- 1/2 cups mayonnaise - 1 item
- pound crabmeat, picked for shells - 1 item
- cup raw rice, cooked - 1 item
- cups total grated Cheddar, Monterey Jack, or Swiss cheese - 4 item
How to make crab and rice casserole:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except 2 cups cheese together. Consistency should be like tuna salad; add more mayonnaise if too dry.
