- can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
- cheese - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- bag tortilla chips - 1 item
- chicken, boiled - 1 item
How to make hot chicken casserole:
Boil chicken and debone. Crush chips. Layer in bottom of casserole dish. Stir together the chicken, Ro-Tel tomatoes and cream of mushroom soup. Pour over chips. Top with cheese. Bake at 375° until cheese melts.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
