Hot buttered rum
Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- lemon zest - 1 Tbsp
- dark rum - 3 c
- each: cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
How to make hot buttered rum:
Cream all ingredients (except rum) together and beat well. Put 1/4 cup rum into each cup. Add 2 teaspoons butter mixture. Fill with boiling water; stir well and serve. Makes 12 servings.Recipe categories: Low protein, Drinks, Low fat.
